- Analyzing the business making sure that I can mitigate my risk.(Mitigating Exposure)
- Seeing what the requirements are and researching what it takes to get it going (Planning)
- Make sure the business will bring the type of return that can hire qualified people to run the operation, and pay me at the same time.(Time Management)
- Structuring the company to protect myself and my assets, and remain in power and control of the company while it operates.( Structuring to maintain power and control)
- Hiring qualified individuals to work for you.
- Executing great real estate deals that not only secure me promises of large profits, but also creates multiple streams of revenue for me within my business model. At the end of the day, this business has to have a place to operate from.( Becoming my own tenant)
These are some gems that you may not fully comprehend now, but once you start to learn, process, and apply to your ideas; it will send you working in the right direction. Time is everything, and the better your time resources are directed the better for your success.
